How we work

At Collier Consulting, we work with people from all walks of life and from lots of different industries.          Depending on your organisational needs, we can work as coaches, as consultants and as people developers – but always as partners. A partnership approach is common to everything we do and is a fundamental part of us achieving success together.

In practice, the process will look something like this:

Proposal made up of three options, which may include bespoke solutions or draw on existing materials (in order to save on design costs) – we will work with you to agree which one will make the greatest difference within your business. Coaching proposal accompanied by coach profiles to consider.
Option to conduct chemistry meetings with potential coaches, either face-to-face or by phone / Skype.
Option to hold tri-partite meeting with a line manager or mentor.
